Adult Classes

​Our adult classes are perfect for adults who have never danced before or for those returning to dance.
We will adjust class based on the experience of dancers in class to make sure everyone can participate safely and comfortably.

​Modest, workout style clothes
which cover your midriff like...
Yoga pants
T-shirts
Sweat pants

Ballet, jazz, and tap shoes are preferred for their respective classes.
​However, socks or bare feet are allowed.
